Wade Bosse is the founder and President of Pool Stain Removers LLC.  Along with a Bachelor of Science, Wade has more than 20 years of experience with two global cement and pool plaster manufacturers.  In those roles, he worked closely with scientists and chemical engineers in product development.  Furthermore, he gained experience in concrete chemistry and issues relating to concrete in many applications.

As the former General Manager of the Quartzon (3M crystal quartz) pool business, Wade spends most of his time working to resolve technical issues with pool interiors all over the country.  In this capacity, he was exposed to more than 10,000 problem pools that had been impacted by staining for a variety of reasons.

Wade Bosse was also the former Australian Representative for EasyCare Products in California.  EasyCare manufactures and develops stain and algae treatment compounds and polymers for swimming pools.  He has also held several consulting roles with the USA’s largest scientific water testing equipment manufacturer.  Combining these experiences led to the foundation of the Pool Stain Removers.

Strong Experience Matters

Many pool stores and pool service technicians lack the experience to accurately diagnose and resolve complex staining issues.  Consequently, much of the work that we do is repairing staining that has arisen from poor advice from pool stores or online forums.  For this reason, Wade decided to focus his time and efforts on educating the pool industry and product manufacturers about pool stains.  As a result, we developed our own range of proprietary imported products that effectively remove stains from swimming pools. In fact, we supply our products to more than 400 pool technicians and shops across the country.

The Pool Stain Removers are foundation SPASA (Swimming Pool Association) members.  Also, they are also associate members of the National Plaster Council (NPC) based in California.  The NPC is the international peak research body that focuses on diagnosing and resolving swimming pool staining issues.  Through these associations, Wade collaborates with and conducts research with many of the most educated experts in the international pool industry.
